By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may leave the website.
Massage Duration
The actual massage time is 45–50 minutes, while the total session duration of 60 minutes includes preparation and post-therapy relaxation.
The actual massage time is 75–80 minutes, while the total session duration of 90 minutes includes preparation and post-therapy relaxation.
The actual massage time is 105–110 minutes, while the total session duration of 120 minutes includes preparation and post-therapy relaxation.
The website is owned by RM NETWORK MANAGEMENT SRL.
1. Account and the ramispa.ro website via the FRESHA platform
1.1 If you create an account on the site through the FRESHA platform, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it.
1.2 The site is provided “as is” without warranties; materials presented on the site are either owned by RM NETWORK MANAGEMENT SRL or sourced under free or paid licenses from other web pages. Reproduction, commercial copying, and illegal distribution of materials from the www.ramispa.ro website are strictly prohibited and will be subject to Law no. 8/1996 regarding copyright protection.
1.3 The data and information on the site are for informational purposes only and may be changed without notice. We recommend regularly visiting the “Terms and Conditions” page to stay updated. If you experience any usage issues, please contact us at hello@ramispa.ro.
2. Online Appointment
2.1 The online booking form does not guarantee the therapist (unless selected via the Fresha app with ❤️) or the exact therapy time (which may change by +/- 30 minutes depending on appointments). The form serves only to register the booking. Confirmation of the appointment and therapy is done later by a consultant via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone.
2.2 Appointments can be made online, via WhatsApp, or by phone.
2.3 For prepaid appointments, we are not obligated to refund the service amount in case of no-show, as it is a personalized, appointment-based service.
2.4 For prepaid appointments made at the premises or via digital methods (e.g., bank transfer, online card payment, or transfer from the bank’s online platform), if the client can no longer benefit from the service for personal reasons, they may opt for a personalized voucher valid for 6 months, provided they notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment.
2.1 Appointment Cancellation
Please consult the “Cancellation Policy” below as well as our “Internal Regulations”.
3. Payment for Services
3.1 Payment is made directly at our premises, by bank card, or by bank transfer. Card payments are processed through an external payment processor.
3.1.1 IBAN accounts: RO13INGB0000999912965600 opened at ING BANK, Bucharest branch. (for RM NETWORK MANAGEMENT SRL)
3.2 Payments are accepted only in RON (Romanian currency).
4. Gift Cards (Gift Vouchers)
4.1 A gift card is a document that has an assigned value or a specific type of massage. The respective value can be used to purchase a service within the salon. Cards have various values and must be paid in full in advance. Gift cards are nominal but can be transferred to another person.
4.2 Gift cards can be ordered online and picked up at the salon, ordered online and delivered to an address, or purchased directly from the salon. Payment for gift cards is made either on-site or online.
4.3 Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
4.4 Refund of the voucher value can be made within 14 calendar days directly to the bank account of the person/company who initially purchased it, only if it has not been used for one or more therapy sessions.
4.5 Purchased gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Subscriptions for Massages or Therapies
5.1 Subscriptions represent packages of multiple predefined services paid in advance. They are not nominal and can be transferred to other persons. Subscriptions are valid for 2 or 4 months from the purchase date. Subscription amounts cannot be refunded in cash if the client requests a return.
5.2 Subscription amounts can be fully refunded at the client’s request within 14 days of purchase, provided no session from the subscription has been used. If one or more sessions have been used, and the client cannot continue attending, the subscription is considered consumed.
5.3 Clients who have subscriptions and miss a scheduled session or cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice will have that session considered as used.
6. Client Responsibility
6.1 Clients are informed that RaMi Spa – DOES NOT provide sexual services or services with sexual connotations. All massages and therapies, online and offline, are strictly therapeutic or holistic. Any inappropriate behavior towards our therapists is not tolerated and will be reported to authorities.
6.2 Clients commit to paying the service fees once they have received the service.
6.3 Clients should arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Delays of over 20 minutes may lead to automatic appointment cancellation without refund if prepaid.
6.4 For every massage or therapy, the salon staff prepares a customized experience. If appointments are missed or late beyond the accepted limit, it affects the staff and subsequent client scheduling.
6.5 Clients are encouraged to express feedback or concerns via hello@ramispa.ro or directly to staff/management. We value constructive and respectful feedback.
6.6 Clients can also leave reviews through Instagram, Facebook, or Google – RaMi Spa.
6.7 If two consecutive appointments are canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice or missed, the next appointment will require 100% prepayment.
7. Lost Items
7.1 Storage of Lost Items
Items left behind are stored securely for 30 calendar days. After this period, unclaimed items will be disposed of according to the law.
7.2 Retrieval of Lost Items
Clients must contact us by phone or email to arrange retrieval. Proof of identity and detailed description of the item are required. If a third party is authorized to collect the item, a signed authorization letter and a copy of the ID are needed.
7.3 Valuable Items
Valuables (jewelry, electronics, cash) are stored in a secure safe. We are not responsible for losses caused by external events (fire, flood).
7.4 Our Responsibility
We strive to keep lost items safe but are not liable for events beyond our control. We are not responsible for items lost outside our premises (parking areas, public roads, etc.).
8. Promotions or Offers
8.1 All promotions on www.ramispa.ro or the FRESHA app may be canceled or modified without prior notice. Please check the website or the Fresha app for current offers.
8.2 Each offer has a validity period and may be subject to specific conditions, stated clearly on the campaign page or advertisement.
8.3 By submitting a promotion form, you agree that you have read and accepted the stipulated terms.
9. Trademarks
9.1 The RaMi Spa brand, logo, Facebook and Instagram pages, and any third-party services displaying our logo and address are owned by RM NETWORK MANAGEMENT SRL.
9.2 Any copying or duplication of social media pages or services using the same name, description, and graphics is strictly prohibited.
10. Limited Liability
10.1 RM NETWORK MANAGEMENT SRL is not responsible for data loss, account breaches, or inability to access the www.ramispa.ro pages. Site use is entirely at your own risk.
10.2 RaMi Spa is not responsible for physical complications arising from undeclared or declared medical conditions.
10.3 All website information, including service descriptions, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical advice.
10.4 By using our services, you acknowledge that they are not substitutes for professional medical consultations.
10.5 RaMi Spa does not endorse or recommend any product, procedure, or opinion mentioned on its pages. Use information at your own risk.
10.6 Clients acknowledge that treatments are therapeutic only and should not be used if taking medications that affect bone or connective tissue, have acute inflammatory conditions, deep vein thrombosis, recent surgery, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
10.7 To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any losses, expenses, or damages suffered by clients from the service provision.
11. Third Parties and Disputes with Third Parties
11.1 Links to third parties pointing to www.ramispa.ro are intended to assist consumers in finding RaMi Spa’s products and services or related purposes.
