Over the years, we’ve built this Internal Operating Regulation with a constant desire to provide you with high-quality services. At the same time, we aim to offer a peaceful and relaxing sanctuary for you and all our visitors.
Therefore, please find below our operating rules—designed to help everyone enjoy the center’s facilities in a discreet, respectful, and calm manner.

You are in full control of your own data
All data requested from you is primarily used to provide our services and secondarily to keep you informed about salon updates
RaMi Spa Center Opening Hours
Monday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
These are the standard opening hours but may change on special occasions (e.g., Easter, Christmas, New Year). Any changes will be posted at the center and on social media.
To benefit from our services, please book in advance by phone at +40769070522 or online at www.ramispa.ro. Alternatively, you can visit us in person and schedule an appointment on the spot.
You will receive a phone reminder the day before or on the same day as your scheduled appointment. If we do not receive confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp by the start of the appointment day, your booking will be automatically canceled to make that time slot available to others. We understand you’re busy, and we wouldn’t want you to miss your moment of relaxation.
Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you can’t make it, out of respect for our therapists’ time and to allow others to benefit from the freed-up slot.
Important cancellation rules:
Canceling a Gift Card or Subscription appointment less than 12 hours before the session will result in the session being considered completed
Canceling more than two appointments consecutively with less than 12 hours’ notice will require advance payment for the next session
Your appointment time marks the actual start of the session, so we kindly ask you to arrive about 5 minutes early to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. If you arrive late, we will do our best to still provide the full session—unless another client is scheduled after you, in which case the session will end at the original time.
If you are unable to attend due to travel or health issues, please cancel in advance to avoid forgetting, and contact us once things are settled. We’ll do our best to reschedule you conveniently.
Subscription and Gift Card Validity
To ensure your comfort and avoid rushing through sessions:
Subscriptions are valid for 2 months (5+1) or 4 months (10+2) from the purchase date
Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and cannot be extended
You may gift some of your sessions from a subscription to someone else at any time.
To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all, please speak as quietly as possible within the RaMi Spa center.
