Gift Card Terms and Conditions
The delivery time for the physical gift card is 2 business days.
The shipping time for the e-gift card is 3 hours. Delivery will be made to the filled-out email address.
The RaMi Spa gift card is nominative and subject to validity. The validity of the card is 6 months from the moment of purchase. It can only be used by appointment. Failure to show up for the appointment or cancelling it less than 24 hours before the appointment results in the cancellation of the card and crediting its value.
It cannot be exchanged for cash, does not accumulate with other ongoing offers or promotions, and cannot be used for the purchase of products. The financial value of the card cannot be refunded, the gift card cannot be returned – there are no exceptions. The presentation of the card at reception for its validation is mandatory.
