Terms and conditions:
The RaMi Spa gift card is nominal and subject to validity. The validity of the card is 6 months from the moment of purchase. May be used by appointment only. Failure to show up for the appointment or canceling it less than 24 hours before the appointment results in the cancellation of the card and the crediting of its value. Cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined with other ongoing offers or promotions, cannot be used to purchase products. The financial value of the card cannot be refunded, the gift card cannot be returned – no exceptions are made. It is mandatory to present the card at the reception for its validation.
